Je unajua kuwa tabia ulizonazo ni kutokana na kundi lako la damu?

Kwa kawaida kila binadamu yuko kwenye kundi mojawapo la damu kati ya makundi manne A,B,AB na O.

Makundi haya yanaweza kutumika kufahamu tabia za binadamu na jinsi hii yaweza kuwa rahisi na ya karibu zaidi kuliko kutumia nyota “astrology” kama ambavyo wengi wanafanya, na wataalamu wanasema tabia kwa 

uhusiano na kundi la damu ina uhakika zaidi kuliko wenye vyanzo vingine. Mbali na tabia, ukweli ni kwamba makundi yetu ya damu yanaweza kutuonyesha pia vile mtu anavyopendelea na asivyopendelea,

kazi anazopendelea, watu anaowapendelea na hata vyakula. Baadhi ya watafiti nchini korea wamebainisha kuwa hata namna tunavyopendelea kuketi hutegemea sana na makundi yetu ya damu, sasa tuangalie uhusiano huu

Damu kundi “A”

Hawa watu maranyingi huwa mifano ya kuigwa na wengi kwasababu ya kiu zao na upiganaji wao kwenye mafanikio, ni watu wema,wapole na wenye tabia njema. 

Pamoja na hayo ni rahisi sana watu hawa kupata msongo wa mawazo “stress” na kufikiria sana vitu. Wakiamua kujitoa kwa ajili ya kumsaidia mtu basi wanazama kabisa na wanaweza hata kujisahau wao.

Ni watu wanaopenda vitu vikamilike katika hali ya juu “perfectionists”, wanapenda mpangilio maalumu, wanapenda na wanaweza kuchambua mambo sawia, wanawajibika na kubeba majukumu yao,wana huruma na wako tayari kusaidia, waaminifu, ni wagunduzi, wanamaanisha, wavumilivu, na wenye tabia njema.

Wasumbufu,wana hisia kali hata kwenye vitu vya kawaida, wakitaka kitu wametaka, wengine wana aibu,wengine wakimya zaidi na wanaopenda kujichanganya.

Wanapenda ufanisi wa kiwango cha juu kwahiyo kazi zao mara nyingi ni bora sana.

Bahati mbaya wanajali sana hata vitu vilivyo vidogo nahii huwafanya kuwa na msongo wa mawazo kirahisi.

Watu wa kundi hili maranyingi ni wenye tabia za kuasi na ni ngumu kuwazuia au kuwatuliza. Wanandoto na maono makubwa,wanasukumwa kwa kasi na kiu zao ingawa wanaweza kuwa wakali na wasumbufu na mara 

nyingine ngumu kukaa na kuzoeana nao. Wanakisimamia sana kile wanachokiamini hata kama ulimwengu mzima usimame kinyume nao.

Mazuri yao

Wanasukumwa katika kufikia malengo yao, wako kasi kiutendaji,wanapenda raha,wana hisia nzito , wanayatazama maisha katika mtazamo chanya , wanaweza kujisimamia na kujitegemea na hawahitaji ushirika au kukubaliwa na wengine.
Mapungufu yao

Wabinafsi sana,mara nyingine wanakwepa majukumu yao,wagumu sana kusamehe,wasumbufu,wanaweza kuwa wakatitili na wenye hasira za haraka.
Maisha yao kijamii

Maranyingine ni ngumu kushirikiana nao au kuwa nao maana wanapenda kufanya mambo yao wenyewe.

Ingawa wanaweza kuwa na malengo mengi na maono pia lakini wanaweza kuwa wasumbufu na wagumu katika kushirikiana nao kazini. Ni ngumu kufanya nao kazi maana wanataka kufanya pekeyao.

Kundi hili ni watu wenye haiba mchanganyiko, hawa huwa na tabia tofauti kuanzia kuwa waoga na wenye aibu hadi wengine ni wapenda mitoko na wacheshi,wako 
wanafanya mambo kwa kuongozwa na mawazo na wengine hawawazi kabisa kile wanacho taka kukifanya,hii inafanya watu wa kundi hili kuwa watu wa kushangaza sana mara unapokuwa nao.

Mazuri yao

Ni rahisi sana kuwa rafiki nao.
Wanachukuliana na mazingira haraka na kwa urahisi.
Wenye kufurahisha unapokuwa nao ingawa ni watu wasiotabirika.
Wana mawazo,wana akili sana,hupenda kuweka mambo yao kwa vitendo na pia huongozwa na misimamo ya kifikra.

Mapungufu yao

Wagumu katika kufanya maamuzi.
Wanasahau sana
Ni wenye hisia za kayumba “mood swing”, mara wana furaha mara wamekasirika.
Sio waaminifu.

Wanaweza kuwa marafiki wazuri na wenye kufurahisha.

kuumizwa kihisia au kukatishwa tamaa au kuumizwa moyo na watu hawa, hususani pale wanapokuwa sio waaminifu.

In children pain can be assessed by Childs’ crying voice, posture, movement and colour
1.1.1 HEADACHE
1.1.1.1 Acute Headache
Diagnostic criteria
Secondary to fever and infection diseases
Secondary to local inflammatory cause
For further actions refer to fever, eye, ear and oral sections.
Pharmacological Treatment
A: Paracetamol oral 1g every 8 hours for at least 3 days
OR
A: Ibuprofen, oral 400mg 8 hourly for at least 3 days
Children A: Paracetamol 15 mg/kg/dose 6 hourly when required to a maximum of 4 doses per
24 hours
If there is no relief to paracetamol give:
A: Ibuprofen oral, 5-10mg/kg/dose 8 hourly
Note: Ibuprofen shall be given with food

Chronic Headache
Diagnostic criteria
Migraine
Cluster headache
Tension headache
Pharmacological Treatment:
Migraine
In acute attack give analgesics:
A: Paracetamol 1g immediately then every 4 hours; maximum dose 4g per day

A: 
Acetylsalicylic acid 600mg 6 hourly.

Metoclopramide (PO) 10mg 8 hourly.
OR
C: Metoclopramide IV 10mg 8hourly
In severe attack give:
C: Ergotamine tartrate 2mg 12 hourly. Not to be repeated at intervals less than 4 days.
For prevention purposes give
:
A: 
Propranolol 40-80mg 12 hourly
OR
A: 
Amitriptyline 10-50mg at night

1.1.4 OTHER PAINS

For generalized pain give analgesics as in section 1.1.1. Advise the patient to rest and make a follow-up.
For joint, infections, injury, eye and ear pains treat as for main disease.
CAUTION: Do not use aspirin for abdominal pain or if a patient is vomiting or has nausea and do not use aspirin in children. Patients
with peptic ulcers should not be given acetic salicylic acid tablet.

Referral:
Refer patients to Regional and Tertiary care for:
Children with moderate and acute severe pain
No response to oral pain control
Uncertain diagnosis
All acute abdominal pain accompanied by vomiting and no passing of stool
Pain requiring definitive treatment for the underlying disease
Pain requiring strong opioids
